App Store access

To ensure a smooth and efficient setup and maintenance of your app, we require access to your app store accounts. Below are the steps to provide the necessary access.
App Store Access
To build and manage your app, we need access to your accounts on Apple’s App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and/or the Amazon Developer Console. While you retain full ownership of these accounts, we request admin access to streamline the process and minimise the effort required on your end.
Our team is highly experienced, and we will never make changes without your knowledge or approval. If you are unable to provide access, we will work with you to find the best alternative approach. However, this may lead to longer turnaround times or require you to complete certain actions that we would typically handle.
Apple’s App Store Connect
To facilitate app setup and management, please provide Admin access to:
- Your Customer Success Manager
- Pugpig’s Head of Customer Support
This allows them to grant access to our support engineers as needed. You can add them via the Users and Access section within App Store Connect.
Google Play Console
Unlike Apple, we use a shared account for accessing Google Play Console. Please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the All Apps screen in Google Play Console.
- Go to Users and permissions.
- Click Invite new users.
- Add kaldor.android@gmail.com as an Admin user.
Amazon Developer Console
For Amazon app distribution, please grant Admin access to:
This will provide us with the necessary permissions to build, test, and release your apps efficiently.
