Changes

Added a new analytics event BoltLaunchedWithURL that tracks when the app is opened via an external URL.
Added a new analytics event BoltTextResize that tracks when a user interacts with the text resize slider in settings.
Onboarding screens will now only display on first run of the app, not after updates.
Fixes an issue on Android causing timelines to occasionally struggle or fail to load.
Various bug fixes and performance improvements.
